QURAN. A book of Allah, Being Muslims, our faith and belief is to give honor to our Holly book. The responsibility of its preservation accepted by Almighty Allah.

In Pakistan there are two ways for the disposal of Shaheed Holly Quran's and its pages. One is by burying in graveyards and secondly by putting into rivers/sea. Buried can come out at any time while is sea/rivers these have been seen floating towards the edges.

In March 1992, Hajji Allah Noor Daavi, a well-known personality of Quetta city, visited a Crush stone plant of his friend Haji Abdul Rasheed Lehri Located in Chiltan hills, Western bypass, Quetta. During his visit, he saw a white beared man preserving the Shaheed Qurans in the nearby graveyard. After having long discussion, suddenly, Haji Allah Noor Daavi floated an idea of the digging of Tunnels/Caves into the Chiltan Hills instead of into graveyard for the storage of Shaheed Qurans and its pages after proper packing in sacks/bags. Through the proposal was unique one but every one thought it impossible. Hajji Allah Noor Daavi insisted upon and offered digging of Ist Tunnel from his own pocket. The work was started on 19th August 1992 on cave No.1. It took 6 months to complete 130 feet long with 7 feet height and width. So the work was started. Some more volunteers join into and it is still going on and on.
